Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are currently savoring some quality time together following a hectic year for both the NFL star and the pop sensation. An insider shared with People that this period marks a significant “turning point for their relationship,” noting that the couple is “incredibly happy and in sync.”

The source added, “There’s a calmness and ease to their relationship right now that’s been really grounding for Taylor and Travis.”

Kelce wrapped up his 2024 NFL season after the Kansas City Chiefs’ loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl this past February, while Swift concluded her Eras Tour in December, allowing the couple some much-needed private time.

They have maintained a relatively low profile during this quieter phase but have recently begun to make more public appearances.

“Taylor and Travis are soaking up every minute of this slower season together,” the insider revealed.

They’ve been splitting their time between New York, Nashville, and a few quiet getaways, just enjoying each other’s company without all the usual chaos. This kind of downtime is rare for both of them, and it’s really allowed their bond to deepen.

The couple was spotted together last month at Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final in Florida, capturing the attention of fans as they cheered for the Panthers and Oilers. Just over a week ago, the pair enjoyed a surprise dinner date at the upscale Nolita restaurant, Torrisi, in New York.

Since going public with their romance in 2023, Swift and Kelce have been seen at various trendy locations around Manhattan and beyond. Nonetheless, Kelce recently dismissed speculation that their outings are merely for publicity. “We’re having fun with it, being a couple,” he stated on a recent episode of “Bussin’ With The Boys.”

It gets thrown out there that we’re trying to seek attention now and then, and we’re just enjoying life, having fun, going to hockey games, kind of introducing her to some more of the sports world that she hasn’t really [seen]… [Stanley Cup] was fun, man.

As the NFL season approaches, the source revealed that Swift is “really looking forward” to the upcoming games, especially after the challenges of coordinating visits to see Kelce during her world tour. “This fall will be completely different,” the insider explained. “It’s the first season where she’s not constantly flying back and forth or working around an entire touring calendar.”

Last season, Swift attended only Chiefs games held in Kansas City, aside from her appearance at the Super Bowl. In her previous season, Swift was frequently seen supporting Kelce at multiple games, even joining a high-profile crowd at MetLife Stadium against the Jets on October 1, 2023, where she was seen with stars like Sabrina Carpenter, Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Hugh Jackman, Sophie Turner, and Shawn Levy.
